Founder of Garage Door Repair Co.

Garage Door Repair Co. was founded in 1985 by Irvin Lindner at the ripe age of 55. At a time in his life when most of his peers were considering retirement, Irvin set out to build a company with a loyal customer base that has spanned three generations.

His first order of business was going down to the county courthouse to get his DBA certificate which cost him $3.50. Prior to starting his own company, Irvin worked for a garage door company in San Antonio for 12 years where he built up a loyal following from customers due to his transparent and honest nature.

Today, Garage Door Repair Co. is still family owned and operated by the second and third generations.
